What is your skincare routine?
My evening routine varies because my skin is pretty finicky. I've learned to "listen" to it, and I just adapt my routine to fit whatever my skin needs at the time.
In what order should I apply my products?
If you do not use all of these, just skip the ones you donít use & go on to the next one that you do use.
I used to receive instruction sheets with my order, why are they no longer included? Where can I find printable instructions?
In an effort to reduce the amount of paper & ink used, I have decided to no longer include the instruction sheets with orders. Some products have the instructions printed on the labels. For those that do not, or for more detailed instructions, you can find a link on the specific product page. You can read the instructions online or copy, paste, & print the instructions that you need.
I used to receive a printed invoice with my order, why is it no longer included? Where can I find a copy of my invoice?
In an effort to reduce the amount of paper & ink used, I have decided to no longer include paper copies of invoices with orders. You will receive an electronic copy of your invoice via email. If you still require a paper copy, please let me know before your order ships so that I can include it with the order.
Will the oils clog my pores or cause acne?
The oils used in all of the I Feel Pretty products are botanical oils that do not clog pores. However, there is always the chance that ANY product can cause a reaction, such as irritation acne.
I have sensitive skin, will your products cause irritation?
The I Feel Pretty products are formulated to be gentle, even on sensitive skin. It is always best to do a 24-hour test spot on the back of the neck whenever trying ANY new product before applying all over the face and/or body.
I am getting breakouts after using your product, should I stop?
If you are using one of the BHA products, one of the facial oils, and/or the Pearlfection cream or powder, it is normal for breakouts to appear or increase for the first 2-4 weeks because the skin is purging. However, after that, breakouts should lessen or go away completely. If you continue to have increased breakouts, I would suggest decreasing/discontinuing use of the product(s).

Can I return or exchange items? (updated 6/3/10)
Due to the nature of IFP products, returns are only possible in the event of a shipping error - so please be sure that you are ordering the correct products. If you're unsure of what to order, please contact me prior to placing your order & I will answer any questions. Another option would be to try samples before purchasing full-sized products.
You must notify me of the error within 7 days of receiving your order and then I will gladly reship the new item. All sales are final after 7 days.

When will my order arrive?
IFP orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Occasionally, I will ship orders on Saturday. If the items you order are already made & in stock, your package will most likely ship in 1-2 business days. If the items need to be made, then it can take 1-5 days for them to be ready for shipping. Packages are sent by USPS priority mail, and should arrive within 2-3 days after they are shipped, although sometimes priority mail has been known to take longer. You will have a delivery confirmation number that you can use to track your package.
