 I was unable to purchase the same bottles, so I'm now offering a new style. They work the same way, so don't worry!

For those of you who prefer your cleanser to be foamy!

8 oz. foamer bottle/pump/cap $3.50 

How to use foamer bottle: Pour contents of 4 oz. cleanser into foamer bottle, then add 4 oz. water (distilled water is best). Stir gently, then place pump on bottle & tighten, or alternatively, place pump on bottle, tighten, then gently tip the bottle back & forth to mix the water & cleanser.

 

How to use cleanser: Remove eye makeup & dampen face with water. Apply 3-5 pumps of cleanser to dampened palms (or whatever you use to wash your face) & rub together gently. Cleanser will foam just a little. Apply to face - wash as usual, rinse, repeat if desired. Cleanser will foam more the second time.

Approximate pH of product is 5.5
Shelf life: 4-6 months

Which cleanser should I use?

The Pure & Pretty Gentle Cleanser is appropriate for any skintype, including sensitive skin. If you have oily, acne-prone skin & want to use something specifically for that, you could try the Pure & Pretty Clarifying Cleanser. Both cleansers are mild, so you may be able to use either one without any problems. The pH of both cleansers is between 5-6, so you can apply your BHA product right after cleansing.

If you notice any itching or irritation, stop using the product immediately. It’s always best to do a “test” spot on the back of your neck when using a new product to see if you develop any irritation prior to using the product all over your face.

About the ingredients:

Plantapon (sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate (and) lauryl glucoside) - don't let the words 'sodium lauryl' scare you - this is a polyglucoside similar to decyl polyglucoside, but is a newer, improved version that offers a little more foaming. It is a natural, gentle, surfactant made from a reaction between coconut/palm oil and starch/sugar.

Calendula flower - superb anti-inflammatory and antiseptic (antibacterial and antiviral) properties; stimulates tissue regeneration; assists with circulation and is also used to treat thread and spider veins.

German Chamomile flower - softens and smoothes; heals, tones, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Contains azulene which helps to reduce puffiness and cleanse pores of impurities.

Hibiscus flower - cleanses and moisturizes

Lavender flower/lavender essential oil - has antibacterial, antiviral, bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties; works well on skin with blackheads and acne. Very useful for all skin types.

Linden flower - moisturizes, softens, rejuvenates, and soothes

Geranium essential oil - promotes regeneration of skin cells, speeds healing of blemishes, soothes sensitive skin, and helps balance oil production.
