for one in order to check out.
PLEASE NOTE!! At this time, IFP products are not available for wholesale or resale. The products are only guaranteed if they are purchased from the IFP website. IFP reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased.
Sales Tax: Orders placed within the state of Kentucky are assessed 6% sales tax. Orders: Please double-check your order for accuracy before you place it. Coupon codes must be applied when the order is placed - no adjustments will be made after the fact. All orders are considered final once placed. Insurance: Beginning Sept.
14, 2012, all IFP purchases will be insured. Shipping totals will
include the price of insurance.
How to place an order using Paypal: Under each product you will see a button allowing you to add that item to your shopping cart. The "view cart" button on the right sidebar of each product page allows you to view your cart at any time. You may proceed through the checkout process after clicking on either button. Once you get to your cart, there is a box that must be checked in order to complete the checkout process. Checking the box indicates that you have read, understand, and agree with the return policy. Once you reach the checkout page, you will be able to choose your method of payment. Check out is through Paypal, but you may use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to check out nor do you need to sign up for one. If you do have a Paypal account, you have the option of using it or one of the accepted credit cards for payment. FYI: If you have Paypal funds in the account, Paypal makes you use that money before allowing you to use a credit card. The only way I have found around this issue is to use both an email address and credit card that are not in any way associated with your Paypal account. Please, please, please READ THIS: If your order is processed correctly, and the payment goes through, you will receive two emails within the next 24 hours. One will be a notification of payment from Paypal, and the other will be from me (IFP) & will include a copy of your order/invoice. If you do not receive both of these emails, then your payment did not go through and I did not receive your order. Another way to check is to log into your Paypal account or check with your credit card company to see if the payment was processed.
International Orders: As of May 1, 2011, IFP no longer offers international shipping.
Shipping Information: IFP orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Occasionally, I will ship orders on Saturday. If the items you order are already made & in stock, your package will most likely ship in 1-2 business days. If the items need to be made, then it can take 1-5 days for them to be ready for shipping.
All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with
delivery confirmation & insurance. This means your package should arrive within
1-3 days after
it is shipped, although
sometimes priority mail has been known to take longer. You will receive an email
from the USPS with your delivery confirmation number. Shipping cost will vary
depending upon the weight of the package & destination zip code.
As of August 2013, the USPS is offering improved shipping services: At this time, I am not offering first-class domestic shipping - not even for samples. If at all possible, I will package orders in a small flat-rate box so that the actual shipping charge is less. For larger orders, there are a couple of other flat-rate options. I will always charge you the least amount for shipping. If you are charged more than $2.00 over the actual shipping fee, I will issue a refund through Paypal. Paypal will then send you an email notifying you of a refunded payment. All IFP orders over $50 will be insured. This charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. If you have a missing or damaged order, you should contact your local post office to file an insurance claim. They will then review your information and provide a refund if they deem the claim valid. At times, the shopping cart overcharges for shipping - I'm pretty sure this happens when an order weight is 'borderline' between two prices. I always check the shipping amount charged against the actual shipping cost, and If the overcharge is more than $1.00, then I will issue a refund through Paypal. Paypal will then send you an email notifying you of a refunded payment. Unverified Paypal addresses - if you have an unverified address on Paypal, and you are a new customer or you place an order that totals $50 or more, a signature will be required for delivery. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is to protect IFP in case of a chargeback. Unfortunately, I have had people place orders, get their package, then claim they didn't place the order. When this happens, my account is frozen until I prove that they actually did place the order. It's quite an inconvenience. So anyone who does not have a verified address on file with Paypal will be required to sign for their package if they are a new customer or when the total is more than $50.
